Shipping

How fast will my order arrive?
Most items ship from US warehouses and arrive in 3–7 business days with tracking. A few specialty items ship from our partner warehouses overseas and can take 8–15 business days — if an item ships slower, the timeline is on its product page.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on orders over $35.

Will I get tracking?
Always. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?
30 days, money back, no fine print. If a product isn't part of your routine within a month, email us and we'll make it right. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you — your choice.

Products & sourcing

Where do your products come from?
We're a curation shop: we work with vetted suppliers and US fulfillment warehouses, and every single product is hand-reviewed before it's listed. If it wouldn't survive the "would I tell my sister about this?" test, it doesn't go up.

Are the wellness products medical devices?
No — our massage, LED, and sleep products are comfort and cosmetic products, not medical devices. We say this clearly on each product page, and we'd rather undersell than overpromise.

How do sizes run?
Each clothing item has its own size chart on the product page — measurements are listed in inches and cm. Between sizes? We suggest sizing up for relaxed fits and dresses.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, plus the express options you see at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay where available).

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll catch it.
